CREATIVE CATALYST
COMPLIANCE PROTOCOL // REVISION 2.4
DATA INTEGRITY SPECIFICATION

PRIVACY
POLICY

Creative Catalyst operates under strict founder confidentiality. We collect only what is strictly required to evaluate e-commerce growth infrastructure and execute partnerships.

01. Data We Collect & Process

Founder & Storefront Information

When you submit a project inquiry, apply for a DFY Growth Session, or acquire our software playbooks, we collect:

  • Contact Identity: Founder name, professional email address, and phone / WhatsApp number for communication.
  • E-Commerce Metrics: Store URL, monthly revenue range, Meta/Google ad spend, and primary growth bottlenecks.
  • Technical Metadata: IP address, device viewport, and referral UTM parameters to measure channel efficacy.

02. Cookie Consent & Telemetry Architecture

Zero-Leak Telemetry & Consent Enforcement

We respect your right to privacy. Our website enforces strict consent segregation:

  • Necessary Cookies: Encrypted session identifiers and draft tokens stored securely to prevent form loss. These cannot be disabled.
  • Marketing & Analytics Pixels: Meta Pixel and performance telemetry are strictly deactivated by default until you explicitly grant marketing consent.
  • Preference Management: You may modify or revoke consent at any moment via the “Cookie Preferences” control located in our footer.

03. Non-Disclosure & Security Architecture

Commercial Confidentiality (NDA by Default)

We understand that proprietary creative hooks, ROAS figures, and revenue data represent critical business assets. All submitted application dossiers and booking disclosures are treated with non-disclosure protections. We do not license, sell, or syndicate partner data to advertising brokers or external commercial entities.

04. Data Retention & Erasure Requests

Right to Erasure & Modification

You retain the right to request a complete export or permanent purge of your submitted lead dossier from our secure database at any time. To execute a data erasure request, submit an inquiry via our contact channel or email our data protection team directly.
